About Jessica

Hello, thank you for your interest.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with a decade of experience in the field of psychotherapy. In my practice, I strive to offer a compassionate and safe environment to explore traumatic experiences that have left people feeling stuck or broken. Using somatic and transpersonal-oriented therapy to foster a deeper connection between mind and body, I will work to restore safety and connection with the self.

I’m a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), with training in IFS and EMDR, as well as other trauma-based modalities, that help clients develop internal resources and experience relief from chronic depression, anxiety, and overall trauma symptoms. This can be combined with psycholytic-therapy supervised by a ketamine-trained medical provider overseeing the patient's progress. I also offer psychedelic integration for people wanting to deepen their healing experience.

I completed a certification program from the California Institute of Integrative Studies Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy and Research program in 2022. I also completed Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) training through the Transpersonal Research Institute of Psychotherapeutic Psychedelics. With over fifteen years of experience in the field of psychedelics, I understands sometimes we require more support to breakthrough blockages hindering our healing. I thank my father and Northern Mexican Indigenous descendancy for playing an instrumental role for my passion in this field.

I acknowledge that we are living on Tiwa land that is the traditional home of the Pueblo of Sandia and I honor the enduring relationship that exists between the Pueblo people and their traditional lands.
